Fettuccini al limone

  1. Salt the water and boil the pasta
  2. Grate the garlic
  3. Fry it in the saucepan with some butter and olive oil
  4. When it smells done, add the cream
  5. Grate in the lemon zest and add some black pepper
  6. Squeeze the lemon into the cream
  7. (optional) Grate in a bunch of parmesan
  8. Add 1 cup of pasta water
  9. Transfer the pasta to the saucepan and coat with the sauce
  10. Serve with parsley, more parmesan, and more pepper
