Whole-wheat olive bread
- 220g water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 180g bread flour
- 120g whole-wheat flour
- 1 pack (3g) dry active yeast
- 15 olives
- Add the water, oil, salt, flour, and yest to the pan
- Set bread maker to "menu 8"
- After 1hr add the olives
- After 3.5 hrs take out the dough, shape it, remove the paddle, and put it back in
